We are a boutique winery specializing in a premium range of classic wines with distinctive character. Traditional methods are used in production, which include a hand picked, barrel fermented Semillon.

Our Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon are open fermented and basket pressed, producing full bodied wines of distinctive varietal style, fruit intensity and regional character. A rich and leathery aged Sparkling Shiraz, made in the ‘methode champenoise’, is an outstanding flagship wine.
